Stephen Odzer , founder of YBT Industries, is used to having a number of irons in the fire. After starting his first business from his parent’s basement at 18 years old, he’s had plenty of time to learn how to balance his interests so he’s treating everyone (including himself) as fairly as possible.

Being flexible has been a huge priority for Odzer , particularly as he gets older. The good news is that life continues to teach him a thing or two. His grandkids especially serve up lesson after lesson about how you have to be adaptable if you want any kind of balance in life.
